  • NWSoCo celebrated the groundbreaking of our Pikes Peak Park community in May of 2023. It will consist of 600+ units of various types and price points.

  • This program helps qualified families attain affordable homeownership and earn equity in their home through “sweat-equity”.

  • Our Shared Equity Homeownership Program assists families with modest incomes in becoming first-time homebuyers.

  • We own and manage several commercial and residential properties in Southern Colorado.

Our most recent subdivision, located on Pueblo’s west side and east of Chavez Huerta Preparatory Academy, was completed in early 2023. NWSoCo built a total of 90 homes in Hyde Park Gardens.
