NeighborWorks Southern Colorado is happy to offer our Down Payment Assistance to help families achieve the dream of homeownership. Generally consisting of state, federal, or private NWSOCo is able to lend down-payment assistance or secondary financing at a lower interest rate to reduce or eliminate mortgage insurance and lower overall monthly housing costs. This program is available to buyers who meet qualified income limits.
