- BROC (Business Resource Oversight Committee) - Funds from CDBG through Pueblo County. Funding for small businesses in partnership with community banks to provide GAP funding. Borrower must have business in Pueblo County but not within Pueblo County limits. Loan amounts starting at $10,000.00 and going up to $250,000.00
- Front Range Funds - Southern Colorado Community Lending Revolving Loan Funds available to anyone within the 19 counties that we service. Any size business, minimum loan amount $1,000 – maximum loan amount depends on qualifications.
- Climber Loan (Colorado Loans to Increase Mainstreet Business Economic Recovery) - Funds are provided by NeighborWorks Southern Colorado through a loan from CHFA and OEDIT. Climber is for small business within Southern Colorado with 1 to 99 employees. Available loans from $1,000 to $500,000. Funds can be used for startup businesses, working capital, pay- off existing debt, business equipment, etc.
