NeighborWorks Southern Colorado has offered foreclosure mitigation counseling services for over a decade. Our HUD-Certified Housing Counselor meets with clients one-on-one to evaluate each unique situation. Clients are educated about the foreclosure process and what options are available to them. Last year, NWSoCo preserved 22 homes through foreclosure mitigation.
